Ivan Martinez is from the Southwest side of Chicago and currently lives in East Humboldt Park. You can find him at All Together Now in Ukrainian Village, where he works as the Wine Director. After studying Secondary Education at UIC, Ivan left for South America where he eventually spent five years living between Argentina and Uruguay. This is where his passion for wine, food, soccer (and much more) developed. Realizing that community and gathering were the core overlaps of all his passions, he returned to Chicago ready to make the dive into the world of wine and hospitality. In his free time, Ivan enjoys playing pick-up soccer, hosting dinner parties with his partner, and experiencing new cultural spaces and events. He’s getting acquainted with some of the city’s art galleries — he went to his first art show last year at Prairie.
