Join ARC members during Chicago Exhibition Week for a wine reception and walk-through of Interior Alteration, an exhibition of three solo artist shows, supported by the Athena Fund.

Collectively, the three exhibiting artists included in Interior Alteration—Alexa Wheeler, Xinchen Li, Anat Weiger—propose that the domestic is never merely a backdrop, and that the alterations made there, quietly and repeatedly, are the ones that create a foundation for a renegotiated future.

The walk-through will be led by mixed-media artist Raissa Bailey, who has been a member of ARC since 2022, and currently serves as vice president on the members' board. In addition to walking guests through the exhibitions, Bailey will speak to how ARC has positioned itself at the intersection of legacy and longevity, with an unwavering commitment to supporting contemporary, working artists of all backgrounds.
